Mark Campbell, M. Photog., Cr., CPP, API has owned and operated Prestige Photography & Video in Wheeling, West Virginia since 1989. Mark is a Past President of the Triangle Photographers Association and the Professional Photographers of West Virginia. Mark also represented West Virginia on the Professional Photographers of America's National Council for 9 years, and has served on several committees and was the chairman of the By-Laws, Rules & Ethics Committee until being elected to the PPA Board of Directors in 2018. He will start his role as President of PPA on March 1, 2024.
He was the number one photographer in West Virginia's 2002 print competition and his very first entry into PPA National competition, "Fisherman's Wharf" appears on the 2002 Loan Book cover, an honor given to a single image out of over 5,000 entries. In state and regional competitions, Mark has won a number of awards, including best Wedding Album in the state 4 times (every year he has entered), 3 Kodak Gallery Awards, 2 Fuji Masterpice Awards the WV Color Lab Award for most creative entry 4 times (again - every year he has entered). He has also won the Breckon Award (Portrait category - 2005) from the Triangle Photographers Association. His images have been used in calendars, brochures, magazines and book jackets.

In the area of service, he has received the Barta Award for outstanding service to the profession by the Professional Photographers of West Virginia, the President's Plaque by the state of Pennsylvania, the Triangle Service Award from the Triangle Photographers Association, and in 2006 Mark was presented with the National Award - the highest service honor given in professional photography.

In addition to his studio work, Mark teaches a variety of marketing and computer related topics to both photographers and non-photographers. He has presented programs for numerous professional photography groups throughout the US as well as Fine Arts Centers and school systems. He has represented Color labs at national trade shows as a calibration and color management expert. His specialties include Adobe Photoshop® (for which he was named an Adobe Certified Expert), desktop publishing applications, and a host of related third-party software, including business presentation software. His earned degrees from the Professional Photographers of America include: PPA Certification (1997), Craftsman Degree (2000), Certified Electronic Imager (2002), the Approved Photographic Instructor status (2002) and the Master of Photography Degreee (2009).
